About Us

Spark Theatre Company

The mission of Spark Theatre Company is to provide creative, educational, and advantageous opportunities for rising artists in Nashville, while seeking to produce meaningful quality entertainment.

Spark Theatre is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 by two recent theatre graduates trying to figure out how to turn their passion into careers. We realized this was a common goal in Nashville, well most places, and wanted to give young adult artists and recent college graduates the opportunity to bridge the gap between collegiate theatre and becoming professional artists. There's that age old saying, "you have to have experience to get experience." Well, that's what we're here for. We are working to provide paid opportunities to help artists sharpen their skills as they prepare for equity and full-time positions.
